I am a Hobbyist

Yep yep. I do have a new hobby. I write screenplays now. You know, I was motivated by my TV scripting class and professor to do this. I mean, duh, I've done it before, enjoy doing it. This I think is actually a fun hobby. Plus, it could be profitable. If I can't sell it to any producers anywhere at school or to any networks, I sure can sell it to people looking for an easy story to submit to their professors. Haha. It's profitable either way. But I'm rooting to sell to major people who can pay more. At least that gives you an idea of how hard I work on it and how good it could get.

Of course, for every screenplay, or a script for that matter, there have to be character sketches first, then a concept synopsis, a tentative outline, a definitive outline, and a few drafts of the script until everything is polished to perfection.

To everyone who thinks this is easy work. Think again. You have no idea how much technical and especially creative work is needed to come up with a script for a 30-minute soap opera episode.
